ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the order being placed. This may increase during busy periods; however, this will be indicated on the homepage of our website.
SHIPPING METHOD
Products ordered from us will be delivered by Royal Mail or ParcelForce in the UK and no international delivery is offered at this time.
Choose from the following methods at checkout.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery aim 24hours after dispatch) Fully Tracked.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (delivery aim 48hours after dispatch) Fully Tracked.
- ParcelForce Express24 (delivery aim 24hours after dispatch) Fully Tracked.
- ParcelForce Express48 (delivery aim 48hours after dispatch) Fully Tracked.
Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, and circumstances impacting delivery that are out of our control (including public holidays and force majeure scenarios).
You will not hold us liable for any delays that are out of our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and is based on your total order weight, calculated by our website. Shipping starts at as little as £3.60.
Any FREE DELIVERY promotion on our website {currently set to FREE on orders over £75} will be shipped with either Royal Mail or ParcelForce depending on the size of your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thespellboundco.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

MISSING ITEMS
We always endeavour to pack your orders accurately and in full, however if you should notice that an item is missing from your parcel, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receipt, to advise us of the shortfall so we can investigate.
